How to switch

In order to move from your broadband provider you’ll need to ask them for a "MAC" code.

This is a number that your new provider will use to ensure there’s no downtime when you switch.

If you don’t have your MAC code you’ll need to call your broadband provider on to ask for your MAC code now. When you have your MAC code, complete your switch at Top 10 Broadband.
